With more than 15 years of experience in innovation management and entrepreneurship education, Dr Nuša Fain is currently the Director of Master of Management Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MMIE) program at Smith School of Business, Queen’s University; a 1-year Master program specializing in developing change makers of tomorrow. The program prides itself with a unique delivery model, encompassing practice-based boot camps, 1-on-1 coaching and innovative academics, growing the entrepreneurial mindset and innovation capability of Smith students.
Nuša has deep experience in supporting implementation of open innovation practices across a range of industry sectors including oil and gas, retail, manufacturing and energy. She has worked with small and large businesses on building their innovation capabilities in both Canada and Europe. She holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and a BSc in Marketing Communications. Next to managing the MMIE Program, she also teaches entrepreneurship across Undergraduate and Graduate Programs at Smith.
